Club Charter

Below is a step-by-step guide to submitting a club charter. Please share this with your Executive club members! 

1.     Visit www.mdhssac.com 

2.     Under the ‘Clubs’ Tab, find the Club Charter document 

3.     Fill out the document with details of your club with your club’s exec team 

4.     Sign off the club charter (Initials/digital signature are accepted)

5.     Email your club charter to Brooklyn Wang, our Senior External Affairs Officer, at 348612904@gapps.yrdsb.ca OR submit a physical copy to the ‘Club Charter’ drop box in the main office
