If your club is planning on holding a virtual event, you must fill out the event checklist that is available below. You MUST hand in your event checklist two weeks prior to the event to the following email addresses:

Late submissions will not be accepted. Some things to keep in mind are:
Under the section rooms required, please write down the Google Meet code you will be using
The sections for food, chairs, tables and AV equipment is not applicable this year.
