Any event that is held outside of a club's regular general meeting, requires any special set up (event checklist), or has fees involved should have an event proposal & checklist. The Event proposal should include:
Purpose of the event (Why is it being held?)
What activities are going to be at the event?
Brief description of logistics
You MUST hand in your event checklist and proposal two weeks prior to the event to the following email addresses:
